The Hercules eCafe EC-900, the successor to the EC-800, is now shipping in Europe according to Lilputing. This release is a big upgrade on its predecessor, featuring an 8.9-inch screen, a 1.6GHz Atom-powered CPU, 1GB of RAM, and a 60GB hard drive. Three USB ports, Wi-Fi, and a 6-cell battery are other inclusions, and a quick scan on Amazon.co.uk reveals a £269.99 (US$405) price tag for the netbook.
