Dell has officially released the A04 BIOS for its Dell Mini 9 netbook.

The update features a number of fixes, most notably a serious problem of Windows XP loading with the wrong resolution, along with a problem that caused some batteries to report incorrect cell capacities. The Critical Battery Alarm can now also go below 7% to 4%. The new BIOS is already shipping with new Mini 9s.
