Acer Aspire One 10 spotted

We first reported that Acer’s Aspire One 10 was on its way last November and finally there is some confirmation, with TechRadar UK saying they spotted the 10-inch netbook at BETT 2009.

As expected it is much like the other Aspire One netbooks but with a larger 10-inch screen, and it will be arriving in the UK in four to six weeks.

The main difference between the Aspire One 10 and others in the series is the removal of the awkward mouse buttons at the side of the trackpad. Design sense has prevailed and the new model has a button just below the trackpad.

The latest installment in the Aspire One series will have options for 3G and Bluetooth, and will have three color options: white, black, and red. Acer wants a 50% share of the netbook market in 2009; will the Aspire One 10 help lead them to the promised land?
