A glimpse at Jolicloud OS for netbooks

TechCrunch has posted a new screenshot of Jolicloud, a Linux-based operating system being built by Tariq Krim and optimized specifically for netbooks.

The screenshot shows an attractive, easy-to-use looking screen with large icons because of smaller netbook screens. Krim told TechCrunch that his OS will eventually support touchscreens too, and this definitely looks like something worth considering for netbookers after a “smart” alternative to what typically ships with new models.
