It is a pretty slow day for news so I must bore you with details of another generic release from a company coming in late for a slice of the cake.
Zoostorm is a UK-based company known for its PC and laptop releases that can be found in domestic retailers like Littlewoods and Argos, or online at Amazon UK. They have released a new netbook — a “sleek and sharp netbook” as they put it — called the Zoostorm Freedom Netbook.
The Freedom Netbook sports an 8.9-inch TFT LCD (1024×600) and is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 512MB of RAM, and an 8GB flash driver. Other specs include WiFi and a built-in 0.3-megapixel camera. In other words, its pretty short on horsepower and doesn’t look all that great either.
The Freedom Netbook is retailing for £240 (US$330) at Amazon UK.
