Because that one has a larger trackpad and also as long battery life as the Asus Eee 1000HE. The only thing that is better is the speakers probably or are those improved in the 110 model? It's a good improvement on the older Eee PCs but they have to keep working. I'm looking forward to the new Samsung netbooks, they may be great as well.
