We reported last Thursday that Tesco, a big retail chain in the UK, had priced the new Dell Mini 10 at £349. Well, it looks like they made a mistake, as it was in fact the Mini 9 they were selling, but had made a mistake in misprinting it.

Dell has cut the base price on its Dell Inspiron Mini 9 netbook by a whole $50, pushing the cost down to a very reasonable $299 (hat tip: Liliputing).
Of course, this is very much the “bare bones” Mini 9, right down to the Obsidian Black color, with other flavors adding as much as $50 on [...]

Dell has officially released the A04 BIOS for its Dell Mini 9 netbook.
