This is only the second color in the range after the generic white but is good if you’re looking for a slick, business style netbook.

Of course, besides the classy new design, everything else is the same as the original white model. The 10.1-inch Wind U120 sports an Intel Atom processor (1.6GHZ), 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drive. Pricing starts at $439.99.

The price is $470 which doesn’t exactly make it a budget buy, but it does have some cool features that weren’t there in its predecessor. The option of either 3.5G Solution or Intel WiMAX Technology is good for internet connectivity on the go, while the 10-inch screen is designed more efficiently than in the past.

Also, the 6-cell battery means for longer life and the 1.3-megapixel webcam has facial recognition software built in as an extra security tool. Otherwise, ir has the Intel Atom processor (1.6GHZ), 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drive.

The U120 seems almost exactly the same as the model it succeeds, the U100, other than its improved specs. The video just shows the unboxing and booting up, and the most perplexing part is at 0:57 when you can clearly see “U100″ on the label. A pre-production error, perhaps?

Its predecessor, the Wind U100, was met with largely favorable reviews, but hit stores missing a few features that would have been useful.

The basic specs for the U120 are the recent standard, with the Atom-fueled Intel 1.6GHZ processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 160GB hard drive (double from last time, but still no SSD option). Also packed in are a 1.3-megapixel webcam, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

The new additions are sure to please fans of the Wind series though, particularly the option of either 3.5G Solution or Intel WiMAX Technology for internet connectivity on the go. The design, with a 10-inch screen, is also much sleeker and easier on the eyes than its predecessor.
